Tasting notes
The 2019 Chablis Terroir Découverte unwinds to reveal aromas of citrus oil, crisp green orchard fruit, pastry cream, white flowers and wet stones. Medium to full-bodied, lively and precise, with a fleshy core of fruit, tangy acids and a long, penetrating finish, it has turned out especially well. This is produced from a late-ripening site that touches Vaulorent.

The 2019 Chablis "Terroir Descouvertes" comes from a single parcel just over a hectare in size with a northern exposure. It has an elegant bouquet featuring apricot and light orange pith aromas, nicely defined with just a hint of reduction. The well-balanced palate offers touch of bitter lemon and orange zest, modest depth and a waxy-textured finish. Worth discovering.
