Tasting notes
A blend of 69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Malbec, 13% Syrah and 1% Petit Verdot, the 2021 Bucephalus Red Wine features hints of tar and black olive, cassis and black cherries. It's full-bodied and firmly tannic, with ample concentration and a lingering, slightly softening finish that suggests its best days aren't too far away.

A blend of 69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Malbec, 13% Syrah, and the rest Petit Verdot, the 2021 Bucephalus has an upfront, juicy, pleasure-bent, full-bodied style as well as rocking levels of black and blue fruits, peppery herbs, iron, and some meaty nuances. It's balanced, full-bodied, has a rounded mouthfeel, and a great finish.
The 2021 Bucephalus is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Syrah and Petit Verdot. Like all these wines, it packs quite the punch. Swaths of tannin wrap around a core of inky dark fruit, chocolate, new leather, licorice and sweet oak. Give this a year or two to soften.
