Score 91/100 · Drink 2026-2028, Jeb Dunnuck, May 2026
A richer, elegant white, the 2025 Château De Chantegrive Caroline Blanc offers honeyed peach, orange blossom, and spicy brioche nuances on the nose. Based on 58% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Sémillon, and 2% Sauvignon Gris, aged nine months in 50% new oak, it's medium-bodied on the palate, with a nicely balanced mouthfeel and outstanding length. It checks in at 13% alcohol with a pH of 3.5. Drink this lovely Graves Blanc over the coming couple of years. Drink 2026-2028.

The 2025 Cuvée Caroline is laced with hints of apricot, chamomile, candied ginger and white flowers. It offers lovely creaminess, but in a more understated style than most years. Tasted two times.
