Tasting notes
The 2025 Cantelys Blanc has an appealing nose in the making: white peach, yellow plum and just a touch of crème fraîche. The palate is well balanced, with a lightly spiced entry. An attractive, oily texture here, with dried herbs and white pepper on the finish. Recommended.

Subtle citrus and minty herbs with a touch of minerality define the 2025 Château Cantelys Blanc, a tight, inward barrel sample that's a bit difficult to read at this stage. On the palate, it's medium-bodied with integrated acidity and a good finish. I love its purity, and it should be outstanding when all is said and done.
Dried apple and lemon aromas with a salty undertone and pear highlights. Itâs medium- to full-bodied with depth of fruit. Crunchy and lightly chewy texture. A solid white. 62% sauvignon blanc and 38% semillon.
The 2025 Cantelys Blanc is redolent of white peach, sage, mint, tomato leaf and white pepper. Sémillon adds a touch of mid-palate depth, but this is very much a Sauvignon-Blanc-driven white.
