Tasting notes
The 2023 Morey-Saint-Denis Mont Luisants Blanc 1er Cru has a lovely, energetic and generous bouquet with captivating lime, lemon verbena and orange pith scents. Superb definition. The palate is very well balanced with a keen thread of acidity, quite sensual with mango, guava and lemongrass notes that linger. Just delicious.

The 2023 Morey-Saint-Denis Mont Luisants Blanc 1er Cru has quite a neutral nose at first, unfurling with dewy apple, freshly sliced pear and grass clipping scents. Perhaps more a textural Mont Luisants, the palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, though it doesn't quite possess the complexity of the previous vintage at the moment. It will be intriguing to revisit in bottle.
