Tasting notes
A fresh wine with aromas of fresh flowers, thyme, earth and hints of mushrooms, subtle red currants, iodine and oyster shells. It’s medium- to full-bodied, savory and juicy. Flavorful at the end, with length. Sophisticated tannins with such balance and finesse. So much class to this. A wine with grace and a cerebral nature. Drink or hold.

All Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon is another Bordeaux look-alike, yet it brings more finesse and elegance than the Altagracia. Darker red and black currants, spicy oak, cedar pencil, and dried flower notes all define the aromatics, and it's beautifully balanced, medium to full-bodied, has ripe, polished tannins, and a great finish. It's a beautiful, classic, elegant Eisele that will have two decades of prime drinking.
