Score 92/100 · Drink 2026-2028, Eric Guido, Vinous, Oct 2025
The 2023 Rosé Edith wafts up with a lifted and airy blend of wild strawberries, minty leaf, cracked chalk and white smoke. It is mineral intense, nearly salty and full of tension, with white cherry fruits and a savory herbal thrust. The finish is remarkably fresh yet long, with a tinge of citrus that leaves the taster looking back to the glass for more.

From the Armada Vineyard and farmed specifically for rosé, the 2023 Edith Rose is aged 10 months in concrete and stainless steel, fermented like the producer’s Viognier, and is not a saignée. Barely ripe strawberry flavor provides a compelling tartness to this light-bodied wine, complemented by twists of tangerine and lasting minerality. Drink now.
