2011 Moulin A Vent

The 2011 Moulin-a-Vent has a slightly dusty bouquet at first, but it gains more clarity with aeration to reveal scents of red cherries and bilberry, with fine delineation. The palate is well-balanced with crisp acidity, not a complex Moulin-a-Vent, but it has a lightness of touch and a skip in its step. Drink this over the next year or two. Drink now-2016.
