2023 Arbois Pupillin Ploussard

From the three different tanks of the very young 2023 Arbois Pupillin Ploussard that I tasted last year, I tasted again the palest and more ethereal and floral wine, the one with no press wine in it, just the free-run juice and coming in at under 12% alcohol. This is going to be bottled separately, but I still don't know how it's going to be identified. Hopefully, I'll let you know when the wine is bottled. This looks superb.
