2017 Schlehdorn Riesling

The 2017 Riesling trocken Schlehdorn Unikat opens with a generous, intense, perfectly ripe and matured bouquet of yellow plums and stewed apricots. On the palate, this is a highly refined, vital and stimulating Riesling with enormous salinity and a tensioned finish. The music in this wine is completely based on the terroir that gives so much rhythm and tension without focusing on alcohol, body or texture. 12.5% stated alcohol. Tasted from magnum at the domaine in August 2022.
