Medium red. Big, rich aromas of strawberry, raspberry, underbrush and earth, lifted by a floral element. Large-scaled, broad and sweet, with slightly reduced flavors of blueberry, minerals, chocolate, leather, smoke and earth. Creamy, expansive and long, with very ripe tannins and a finishing note of game.

Full medium red. Musky, rather sauvage aromas of roasted nuts, meat and leather. Sweet, ripe, leathery and full, with a seamless texture and serious underlying structure. Boasts plenty of extract but the fruit is emerging slowly. Finishes with well-buffered tannins and sneaky persistence. The first outstanding year for these vines since 1991, notes managing director Bernard Hervet.
