Score 95/100 · Drink 2026-2041, Jeb Dunnuck, Jan 2026
Another impressive, Bordeaux-like effort, the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon is based on 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and was raised for 19 months in 60% new French oak. It delivers red and black fruits, tobacco, cedar, and underbrush-like aromatics. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, it has a pure, layered mouthfeel, plenty of sweet fruit, and a great finish, with a clear Bordeaux-like style and structure. Drink bottles anytime over the coming 10-15 years. Drink 2026-2041.
