Tasting notes
Limpid yellow. Expansive scents of pear nectar, tangerine, chamomile and iodine develop a subtle mineral flourish in the glass. Silky and expansive on the palate, offering mineral-tinged citrus and orchard fruit and honeysuckle flavors and a hint of toasted brioche that adds smokiness and depth. Conveys a suave blend of richness and vivacity and finishes sappy and impressively long, leaving pear nectar and floral notes behind.

Vivid straw-yellow. Aromas of ripe pear, Meyer lemon and smoky minerals, plus hints of buttered toast, honeysuckle and anise in the background. Smooth, sappy and concentrated, offering palate-staining citrus and orchard fruit flavors and complicating ginger and toasty lees flourishes. The smoke and floral notes recur on a very long, silky finish, which is sharpened by a hit of zesty acidity.
