Aromas of earth and flowers with berry and dried-strawberry character. Full body, chewy tannins and a flavorful finish.

The 2017 Barbaresco (with 5,000 bottles made) draws its fruit from various vineyard sites and is a selection from the youngest vines (aged under 30 years old). Like the other wines in this collection, this classic Barbaresco delivers an elegant and slender personality with a very floral and fragile bouquet. There is a lot of purity and softness here, all delivered in a genuine and upfront manner. Winemaking is simple, with fermentation in oak and aging in 25-hectoliter barrel. Farming is organic.
