Score 92-94/100 · Drink 2020-2038, Neal Martin, Jan 2019
The 2017 Echézeaux Grand Cru is completely de-stemmed. It has quite an opulent bouquet, slight glossy and generous, touches of cassis infusing the red currant and cranberry fruit. The palate is rounded, succulent, sweet and generous, leading to a nicely structured, quite fleshy finish that lingers. I like the purity here. A seductive Echézeaux.
