Pale green-tinged straw. Pungent, complex nose offers scents of citrus peel, grapefruit, chlorophyll and white pepper. Then supple and seamless in the mouth, with enticing floral lift to the white peach and citrus flavors. The fresh peach quality carries through on the brisk finish. Long on personality.

About the producer

Spottswoode
Spottswoode is one of those rare Napa estates whose reputation rests less on volume or spectacle than on persistent exactitude. Set on the western edge of St Helena, where the Mayacamas rise and afternoon breezes temper the valley’s warmth, the vineyard occupies a favoured pocket of the appellation.
