RS 3.3 g/l, TA 5.3 g/l, pH 3.3. Certified biodynamic. Medium lemon colour. The aromas are relatively rich, with plenty of floral notes like jasmine and other white blossoms. Some marzipan, honey, lemon curd, orange zest, a whiff of minerality and flinty smokiness. Dry, very distinctive, with finely etched acidity, this is very elegant, pure and very restrained. Will certainly age well. (BR)

The poised balance of concentration, stony elegance and youthful freshness makes this great Alsace dry riesling as delightful as it is compelling. As it aerates, you come closer to the soul of the peach. Thereâs nothing dramatic about this beauty, but let yourself sink into the long, extremely refined finish and you wonât miss the huge statement it makes. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drinkable now, but best from 2026.

The 2023 Riesling Schlossberg Grand Cru still has a touch of youthful yeastiness, which is absolutely understandable for a wine bottled last week. Yet a touch of lemon zest is irrepressible. The palate is completely clean-cut. This is naked stone: pure, bright, bone-dry and uncompromising. The mouth just keeps watering, abetted by some lovely saltiness. (Bone-dry)
