Tasting notes
Dusty rose complements wild sour citrus and crushed blackberry aromas that form the 2019 Tsundere's captivating bouquet. Soft, soothing and focused on purity, this impresses with its liquid inner florals and juicy red and black fruits. Grippy, staining and long, the 2019 finishes with a surprising freshness. Tsundere is a blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah and 12% Petit Verdot that is refined in 300-liter barrels, 65% new oak.

Deep ruby, the 2019 Tsundere is a blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah and 12% Petit Verdot, matured for 22 months in 65% new French oak. It opens with touches of vanilla and cedar, fleshing out to scents of cassis, blueberry, dried herbs, bell pepper and violet. The full-bodied palate is chalky and fresh with a long, very spicy finish. It really opens up with time in the glass, so offer it some time in the decanter. 427 cases produced.
