Tasting notes
The 2010 Pinot Noir Estate Carrie's is tremendous. Everything seems to come together in this effortless yet powerful wine. The Carrie's captures an intriguing combination of structure and bold, racy fruit. It boasts marvelous depth and integrity, with seemingly endless layers of fruit that fill out the wine's broad shouldered frame. In 2010 the Carrie's is drop-dead gorgeous. Greg Brewer used 60% whole clusters here.

Although there are a number of highlights here, it is the Pinots that truly shine in 2010. I also tasted the 2010 Chardonnay Estate, but it was completely closed down and in no mood to be evaluated, so I will have to wait for another opportunity to get a better read. Tel.
