Tasting notes
(a blend of 37% merlot, 34% cabernet sauvignon, 16% cabernet franc and 13% petit verdot): Bright medium red. Lovely violet perfume lifts the aromas of cassis, licorice, herbs, spices and chocolate. Juicy and spicy on the palate, with moderate concentration to the dark berry and chocolate flavors. Finishes with slightly drying tannins and a light herbal element. Nothing overdone about this blend.
