Tasting notes
The opaque blue/purple color jumps from the glass of the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Rattlesnake, a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in 90% new French oak. A nose of white flowers, blueberries, blackberries, cassis should make this one of the most profound Rattlesnake Cabernet Sauvignons made yet at Barnett Vineyards. Gorgeous purity, fabulous balance, a full-bodied mouthfeel and multi-dimensional texture result in a compelling Cabernet Sauvignon to drink over the next 25 years.

The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Rattlesnake is similar in style to the Napa Valley bottling. Dark, inky fruit, licorice and sweet spices flesh out in a big, ample Cabernet endowed with considerable power and equally imposing tannins.
