Score 91/100 · Drink 2020-2027, Jeb Dunnuck, Aug 2020
A 70/30 split of Grenache and Mourvèdre brought up in neutral oak, the 2017 Cuvée Jeanne Marie Williamson-Doré Vineyard gives up a big, juicy core of black cherry and raspberry fruit as well as notes of herbes de Provence, peppery spice, and underbrush. It's nicely textured, medium-bodied, and ideal for drinking over the coming 5-7 years.

The 2017 Cuvée Jeanne Marie Williamson-Doré Vineyard, Foxen's Syrah/Grenache blend, is lifted and light on its feet, with tons of Grenache character coming through. Although a bit understated today, the 2017 is long on class and personality. I can't wait to taste it from bottle.
