2002 Costers del Siurana Dolc' de L'Obac

(for 500 ml.) Full ruby-red. Distinctly volatile aromas of dried berries, maraschino cherry and mint. Sweet but not porty, with less flesh and depth than this bottling displays in the better vintages. Rather delicate for this wine but high-toned throughout, and slightly bitter-edged on the back end. Also tasted: 2002 Kyrie White Wine Priorat, 2002 Miserere Priorat.
