(made from fruit that was harvested at between 22 and 23 Brix): Bright ruby-red. Assertive aromas of raspberry, cherry and rose oil, with Asian spice and anise accents building with air. Juicy and precise, offering gently sweet red berry flavors and a hint of candied flowers. Shows very good energy on the long finish, which features a flash of white pepper.
