Tasting notes
Amici's 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) is plump, inviting and forward, all of which make it an excellent choice for drinking now and over the next few years. Silky tannins and bright, red-toned fruit add to the wine's considerable appeal.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is rock solid and offers plenty of cassis, Asia spices, incense and forest floor. Ripe, sexy, forward and sexy, with beautiful tannin quality, it shines for its elegance and freshness, and should age gracefully. Under the helm of Tony Biagi and Jesse Fox, Amici is turning out a number of sensational values that more than merit attention.
A rich and layered cabernet with chocolate, currant and hints of spice. Full body, round and juicy. Very pretty and delicious. Linear. Show tension and brightness. Drink now or hold.
Blended of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc, 6% Petit Verdot, 3% Malbec and 1% Merlot, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium to deep garnet-purple color and spicy nose of cloves, cardamom and Sichuan pepper over a core of cassis and menthol. Medium to full-bodied with a great core of expressive black fruit and spicy undertones, it delivers a velvety texture and good length. 6,825 cases were made.
