Score 89/100 · Drink 1994-2009, Robert Parker, Apr 1994
Beringer has become one of the world's finest wineries, and this 1991 Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is excellent. The wine displays an impressively saturated, deep ruby/purple color, and an easy to admire, rich bouquet of cassis and spice. Full-bodied and loaded with concentration, this big, supple wine is a noteworthy value in high class Cabernet Sauvignon. Drinkable now, it should age well for 10-15 years.
