Score 15.5/20 · Drink 2021-2024, Walter Speller, jancisrobinson.com, Mar 2021
Two weeks of skin maceration. Aged in French oak barrels for 38 months, followed by at least six in bottle. Mid ruby with orange tinges. Oak and sour cherry on the nose and sour cherry on the palate with powdery tannins. Quite austere and while it has length it could do with more fruit intensity. (WS)

Complex aromas of cherries, mandarins and violets follow through to a full yet lively and agile palate that’s not heavy in any way. Linear finish with bright acidity and fine tannins. Try after 2024.
