NV Brut Cuvee Elexium Rose

The NV Champagne Elexium Brut Rose displays a medium salmon/pink hue and offers a lovely floral and fruity perfume on the nose, with notes of wild strawberries, peach puree, fresh flowers, and croissant. A blend of equal parts Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay, it was produced from 15 select parcels of vineyards that are mainly located in the Marne Valley, Sézanne area, and Aube. It moves seamlessly to the palate and boasts an approachable and open feel, with a pillowing mousse, a fruity, rounded mid-palate, and a juicy finish (which is true to the entire range, really). Ready to enjoy now, it’s a crowd pleaser with a lot of versatility to enjoy on its own, after a meal, or as an apéritif.
