Tasting notes
Farmed biodynamically by Results Partners. Pommard Pinot Noir harvested from 3 to 9 October. Aged 12 months in neutral barrel. pH 3.15, TA 7.6 g/l. 299 cases produced. Demeter- and BCorp-certified. Quite powdery mouthfeel with dried redcurrant and red cherry. Stemmy and a bit bitter in a very herbal amaro way. I've never had a Pinot Noir remind me quite so intensely of an amaro on the nose. This isn't for everyone but I do enjoy the bitter herbal depth it adds to the fruit profile. (SCJ)

Glistening ruby-red. Intensely perfumed, spice-laced red and blue fruits, potpourri and hints of allspice and musky earth on the highly fragrant nose. Appealingly sweet raspberry, cherry, spicecake and rose pastille flavors put on weight as the wine opens up. Shows very good depth as well as vivacity, and closes long and spicy, with well-knit tannins lending subtle grip. All neutral French oak.
