Green-tinged pale color. Steely, citric, minerally nose with a lively floral topnote. Intense flavors of apple and white flowers; really perfumed in the mouth. Creamy and slightly sweet, but supported by ripe acids and a firm minerally spine. Round and succulent. Finishes with a very long, expanding finish that throws off notes of fennel and tarragon.
