More evident tannins than its sibling estate Château Lestruelle, with waves of fresh cassis and bilberry fruits and fresh acidities that give appealing grip. Enjoyable from Maison Bouey.

Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2020 Maison Blanche gives up notes of stewed black plums and redcurrant jelly, with underlying notions of sautéed herbs, tar and tobacco leaf. The medium-bodied palate is a little thin with a chewy texture and appealing freshness, finishing on a stewed tea note.
