2021 Bacigalupi Zinfandel

A ripe magenta color, the 2021 Zinfandel Russian River Valley commemorated the 65th anniversary of the estate, and it’s ripe with aromas of blackberries, licorice, violets, and scorched earth. There’s a good deal of energy on the palate with this medium to full-bodied red, with mouthwatering ripe acidity, fine tannins, and a clean finish. It’s well done and is going to drink well over the next 5-7 years.
