2010 Zaca Mesa Grenache

Full ruby. Red berries and cherry on the slightly jammy nose. Fleshy and broad in the mouth, offering sweet, smoke-accented raspberry and boysenberry flavors and a hint of bitter cherry pit. Tangy acidity gives good bite and focus to the finish of this fruit bomb. There's no shortage of flavor here: fans of opulent red wines will find my score low.
