Tasting notes
A solid and poised red with a solid center palate which opens beautiful with plums, black berries, hints of chocolate and a flavorful finish. Spice. The zin in the blend really opens it up. 89% cabernet sauvignon, 6% petit verdot and 5% zinfandel. Drink or hold.

The 2019 Proprietary Red Wine is an eclectic blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% each of Petite Sirah and Zinfandel, and the rest Petit Verdot, Syrah, and Malbec. A medium-bodied, fruit-forward, charming effort, it has plenty of red and black fruits, notes of leafy herbs and spice, soft tannins, and a good finish.
Aromas of plum, moss, bark and rosemary. Full-bodied with silky tannins. Rich texture with brooding black fruit, chocolate and spice on the palate. Nicely structured, with good freshness to the dark fruit. Drink or hold.
A blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petite Sirah, 12% Zinfandel, 11% Petit Verdot, 7% Syrah and 5% Malbec, the 2019 Proprietary Red Wine delivers notes of cassis, blackberries and blueberries on the nose, backed by an underlay of mocha-tinged oak. It's medium to full-bodied, decently concentrated and nicely balanced, marrying silky tannins to a bright, vibrant finish.
