Tasting notes
Looking at the Chardonnays, the 2016 Chardonnay Estate reveals a light gold color as well as richer notes of buttered citrus, white flowers, and honeysuckle. It has a kiss of background oak, a rounded, layered texture, no hard edges, and a great finish.

Beautiful aromas of sliced apples, cooked pears and hints of custard, following through to a full body with layers of ripe fruit, sexy oak and a fresh finish. Shows some refinement and beauty. Drink now.
Light bright gold. Poached pear tangerine vanilla and a touch of honey on the perfumed nose. Silky and open-knit offering juicy orchard and pit fruit flavors that are given a refreshingly bitter edge by a suggestion of lemon peel. The vanilla note comes back on a long smooth lees-tinged finish that features a sexy floral nuance.
The 2016 Chardonnay Estate offers up aromas of lime cordial, vanilla pod and pastry cream that are marked but not dominated by a framing of new wood. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, delicately textural and racy, with good concentration, lovely natural balance and a flavorful finish. If this delicious Chardonnay's new oak component synergies with it more completely, it will score even higher.
