Tasting notes
The 2019 Grand Tayac bursts with aromas of red berries, currants and spicy new oak, followed by a medium-bodied, fleshy and succulent palate built around supple tannins and lively acids. It's a charming, seamless wine that would be even better if it benefited from more refined cooperage choices.

The 2019 Grand Tayac has an attractive bouquet of blackberry, wild hedgerow and loamy aromas, the oak nicely assimilated. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, well-judged acidity, lovely pure black cherry and bilberry fruit and a caressing, persistent finish. Excellent.
A fragrant nose of blackberries, dark plums, dried herbs, praline and spice box. Medium-bodied with fine tannins. Layered and silky with polished character. Firm finish. Drink from 2025.
