Green-tinged color. Rather subdued nose following the recent bottling. Then citric and juicy on the palate, with a flavor of crushed stone and good energy in the mouth. Firmly structured, rather cool wine but not meager or hard. This really calls for five years of cellaring.

(the vines here average more than 40 years of age) Green-tinged color. Lime, minerals and sweet nuts on the nose. Dense and citrusy, with good concentration of flavor and an exhilarating sugar/acid balance. A bit lean today owing to the bright acids.
