Tasting notes
Black fruits, chocolate, leather, and asphalt notes emerge from the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Twisted Oak Vineyard, which spent 28 months in 70% new French oak. Rich and full-bodied on the palate, it shows good concentration, ripe tannins, and savory herb character. Best enjoyed over the next 12-15 years.

More structured than John Anthony's blended Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Coombsville Vineyard features a hint of green bean, loads of dark-berried fruit and some mocha shadings. It's full-bodied and expansive, rather rich and broad in the mouth but comes back into decent focus on the lingering, mouthwatering finish.
A beautiful, supple wine that\'s so easy to sip and enjoy, yet is balanced for further aging. Silky tannins support dark cherries, blueberries, graphite and crushed rock nuances on a full body. The dark fruit carries through to a long finish. Drink or hold.
