Score 95/100 · Drink 2021-2036, Jeb Dunnuck, Jan 2021
Leading off the appellation Cabernet Sauvignons, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville is about as classic as they come, offering loads of red and black fruits, toasted spices, new leather, dried flowers, and tobacco leaf-like aromas and flavors. Full-bodied, rich, and layered on the palate, it has sweet tannins, plenty of mid-palate depth, and a great, great finish. Drink bottles any time over the coming 15 years.

Blackcurrant jam, praline and toffee aromas on the nose. Hot stones, too. It’s full-bodied with firm, tightly knit tannins. Flavorful, but hot on the finish. Try from 2021.
