Score 91/100 · Drink 2024-2030, Jeb Dunnuck, Aug 2024

Coming from McMinnville, the 2022 Pinot Noir Hyland Vineyard is composed of the Coury clone of Pinot Noir and saw 11 months in 30% new French oak. It pours a reflective red color and displays notes of preserved strawberries, candied roses, ripe peach, and sweet baking spice. Elegant and medium-framed, it has a juicy and easygoing feel with a supple, almost Grenache-like charm. Drink over the next 4-6 years. The winemaker here is Bruno Corneaux.
