The full-bodied palate is satiny and expansive with tremendously concentrated, kaleidoscopic flavors. It’s balanced by mouthwatering acidity and has a hauntingly long finish.

A medium yellow hue that’s just a shade deeper, the 2022 Chardonnay El Diablo Vineyard comes from an east-facing site and opens to notes of smoky wet stones, quince, white grapefruit zest, and fresh peach. The palate is silky in texture, with ripe acidity and a long, lingering feel, featuring citrus oils and hints of vanilla on the finish. Drink 2025-2037.
The 2022 Chardonnay UV - El Diablo Vineyard is one of the most powerful, expansive Chardonnays in the range. Texture and presence stand out most. Candied lemon peel, marzipan, dried flowers, chamomile and sage are some of the many notes that build over time. There's a ton to like.
