Score 86-88/100 · Drink 2013-2019, Robert Parker, May 2011
Copious roasted herb, earth, black currant and black cherry characteristics emerge from this light to medium-bodied, well-made effort. With an endearing texture as well as a seductive finish, it will provide plenty of pleasure over the next 7-8 years.\

Very dark blackish purple. Some freshness – even a hint of green – on the nose. Easy going style with some sweetness and some acidity and light but perceptible tannins but without any real excitement at the core. Perhaps it is all being saved for the Climat bottling? (JR)
