Tasting notes
Made in mostly used barrels with a little bit of new oak. RS 0.8 g/l. Not much on the nose. Full bodied and herbal, with a plump mid palate of ripe apples and nectarines despite mouthwatering acidity. Lychees on a razor blade! Serious but all tucked in for the moment. (TC)

Bright straw yellow. Rich scents of poached pear, cinnamon and caramelized apple. More restrained on the palate, offering soft citrus and pear flavors. Showing moderate length, this Pinot Gris is in a drier style, uncomplicated and a pleasure to drink.
Notably pale. Rather sulphur-muted on the nose. Sweet start with lemon cough-drop aromas but altogether a bit too stolid. There’s some good fruit buried down there but it’s difficult to extract. (JR)
