Tasting notes
The 2017 Chablis is laced with the essence of yellow orchard fruit, wild flowers and mint. Soft and supple with terrific brightness, the straight village Chablis is once again one of the standouts in this range. The 2017 is extremely fresh and bright, with a super-classic sense of balance. Once again, the Servin Chablis is so classy and understated.

Attractive fresh lemons and peaches here with some neat, minerally nuances that add focus to the fresh, juicy palate. Drink now.
The 2017 Chablis is clearly a step up from the Petit Chablis with pretty apricot blossom and apple peel aromas. The palate is well balanced with an austere opening, a fine bead of acidity with a light bitter lemon note towards the finish. Fine.
Notes of minty green apples, lemon oil and white flowers introduce the 2017 Chablis Villages, a medium-bodied wine with good concentration, depth and cut. Delicately textural and concluding with a stony finish, it's a classic example of the appellation.
