Tasting notes
Inky purple. Smoke- and spice-accented aromas of blackberry, cola and licorice, with a suave floral note in the background. Juicy and penetrating on the palate, offering gently sweet dark fruit flavors and a hint of bitter chocolate. Dusty tannins come on late and give shape to the long, focused finish. This shiraz is balanced to age.

Deep garnet-purple color, the 2010 Estate Shiraz has a classic nose of warm blackberries and blueberry compote with hints of licorice, toast, yeast extract and a whiff of bacon. Big, full-bodied and bold, it has a medium-firm level of velvety tannins, lively acid and a good long finish. Delicious now, it should keep to 2020+. Imported by USA Wine West, Sausalito, CA
