Sourced form old vines in the Clos Capucins and nine-year-old vines in the Grand Cru Marckrain, the 2015 Pinot Gris Cuvée Ste Catherine has a pretty clear, fresh and aromatic bouquet with nice earthy flavors. Full-bodied, piquant and juicy, this is a very aromatic and mouth-filling Pinot Gris that tastes much drier than the analytics make you think (13.13 grams of residual sugar, 6.15 grams of tartaric acidity, picked on 09/11).
