A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, the 2019 Mystique offers a broad and open-knit nose with expressive, dark juicy fruit essences. Medium to full-bodied, the palate offers a balanced expression with approachable, ripe and succulent red plum notions with elements of cinnamon-spiced cherries and dusty flowers. The wine concludes with a delightfully lingering finish. 42,000 bottles were filled after the wine rested for a year and a half in 25% new French oak

The 2019 Mystique is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, and it’s always an aromatic, complex wine. Red and black currants, leafy herbs, cedary herbs, and coffee bean notes flow to a medium to full-bodied, balanced, seamless red blend that will keep for 15+ years. As with the other wines here, Scott has done an incredible job with the tannins and overall balance.
