(made from fruit picked at a very low 19.5 degrees Brix): Bright yellow. Pungent, high-pitched bouquet evokes lime, orange zest, pear and honey, with a floral overtone. Juicy, sharply focused citrus fruit flavors give way to deeper orchard fruits and fig with air and pick up a spicy nuance. At once rich and tangy, finishing with impressive energy and length.
