2017 Dusty Nabor Syrah

Lastly, the 2017 Syrah checks in as 92% Syrah and the rest Viognier. Lots of darker berry fruits, bloody meat, and ground pepper notes all emerge from the glass, and it’s a dense, mouthfilling effort with ripe tannins, plenty of mid-palate depth, and outstanding length. This was the first chance I’ve had to taste the wines from Dusty Nabor, and I came away impressed. The lineup includes a mix of Rhône blends, Pinot Noirs, and a handful of Cabernet Sauvignons.
