Tasting notes
The 2015 Zinfandel Bedrock Vineyard is powerful, rich and intense, as the wines often are here, and yet it also possesses striking aromatics and plenty of underlying structure. The Zinfandel is especially expressive today. Stylistically, the Joel Peterson's Zinfandel leans more towards the elegant, finessed side of things, especially compared to the wines Morgan Peterson makes under his Bedrock label.

The 2015 Zinfandel Bedrock Vineyard displays beautiful black raspberry fruit intermixed with some pepper, herbs and road tar in a full-bodied, gorgeous style with plenty of texture, purity and depth. This has a very Mediterranean personality and should drink well for its first ten years of life once its in bottle.
